At Alex Ross Art, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium apparel and accessories. If your order isn't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure the items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized shipping location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund once the items pass inspection.
